How It Works!
We take care of everything for you on your event day! Once we determine your event needs, we will provide a quote that includes the equipment costs, and the labor costs associated with bringing and operating everything that you have requested. We arrive at your venue with all of your items, set them up, operate them per your instructions, and take it all away at the conclusion of your event!
Please note that we require 30 days of notice when accepting new events. This allows us to make the appropriate equipment, staffing, venue, and vehicle arrangements needed for your event in a timely manner, around our busy event schedule.
If we are not available on your event day, we will provide you with information about other local resources!

If you are working toward acquiring ORG funding for Event Services please let us know! We only provide a quote based on your needs and final approval is subject to both the Student Organization Allocation Committee (SOAC) and our availability.
